Don Lambert

Originally from Toronto Canada, Don now lives in New York City. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology from Ryerson University and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, York University, both in Toronto. The Economist magazine magazine in 2012 ranked the Schulich School of Business at York University among the top 20 MBA programs in the world.

Mr. Lambert started the consulting company in 2009
with the primary focus of  helping customers transform and generate additional value by ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met in a timely and cost effective manner.

After graduation, Mr. Lambert started out his career as a military officer in the Canadian Armed Forces with various postings involving cost and financial management. His last posting was as Base Comptroller, reporting directly to the Base Commander, where he managed staff in excess of 50 people and a budget in excess of $120M.


Prior to starting the company, Don spent 9 years with SAS Institute, the world’s largest privately held software company as a senior consultant and then as a project and program manager in the performance management solutions group. Prior to that he was a principal consultant with Focused Management Information in Toronto, a small consulting firm specializing in activity based costing and performance management solutions.

During his engagements with clients, Don works with every level in an organization. As a recognized expert in his field, Don has spoken at numerous conferences on the subject of performance management.
